About us
Why FastCompiler exists
A fast, free and private way to write and preview HTML, CSS and JavaScript — without signing up, uploading your code, or waiting for a server.
Our mission
Most online compilers slow you down with accounts, network round-trips and hidden limits. FastCompiler was built on a simpler idea: the web languages already run inside your browser, so compiling them shouldn't require anyone's server.
We started FastCompiler to give developers and learners a tool that is instant, private, and free. Because everything compiles locally, your code never leaves your device.
What makes FastCompiler different
- Truly offline — the core compiler runs entirely in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
- Instant preview — your HTML, CSS and JavaScript update live as you type.
- Stays out of the way — no accounts, no paywalls, no clutter.
- Real output — the preview is your actual browser rendering the page, not a simulation.
Our principles
These are the values that guide every change we ship: privacy by default, speed over noise, simplicity over features, and software that belongs to the people who use it. If a feature can't be built without compromising the local, private nature of the tool, we won't build it.
Who builds FastCompiler
FastCompiler is built and maintained by Juwel — founder and editor, a web developer who got tired of heavy online IDEs that need accounts, uploads and subscriptions for a 20-line demo. Every tool and every guide on this site is tested by hand in the live compiler before publishing — if a snippet doesn't run in FastCompiler, it doesn't ship.
Contact: [email protected] — we read and reply to every message within 48 hours. See our contact page for bug reports, feature ideas and corrections.
How we publish
- Tested code: all examples are run live in FastCompiler and re-checked on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and mobile.
- Updated, not churned: guides carry a published and updated date. We revise existing guides instead of publishing thin duplicates.
- Corrections: found an error? Email us — we fix verified mistakes within 48 hours and note the update date.
FastCompiler is free and reader-supported. To keep it free we may show clearly labeled ads in the future — see our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work. Ads never influence what we recommend.
